Domestic Shipping (India)

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid order. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location in India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible pin codes across India. [Optional: A nominal fee of ā‚¹70 applies to all COD orders.]

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary significantly based on the destination country and chosen shipping carrier, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Brezvo.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If your household items arrive damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. We require an unboxing video to process claims for damaged, dented, or defective items quickly. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipment carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
