Refund policy
At Brezvo.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Household Items
Household items can be sensitive to use and wear. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused and Unwashed: The item must be in the exact condition you received it. For example, cookware cannot have been used to prepare food, and bed linens cannot have been washed.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags, instruction manuals, and accessories included.

Unboxing Video (Mandatory for Damage Claims): We strongly advise recording an unboxing video when you receive your package. If your household item arrives damaged, dented, or defective, an unboxing video is required to process a quick replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and hygiene for all our customers, certain items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, assembled, or altered from their original state.

Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as "Final Sale."

Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at wesupport@brezvo.in.

Include your Order Number in the subject line.

State the reason for your return.

Attach clear photos of the item and its packaging. If claiming damage, please attach the unboxing video.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned household item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Prepaid Orders: If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We cannot issue cash refunds for COD orders. Our support team will request your Bank Account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount via NEFT/IMPS within 7 to 10 business days of approving the return.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get it is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase on Brezvo.in for the new item.
